TIM MARTORELLA

Tim Martorella is the founding principal of Madison Capital Group, which he has led since its inception in 1998. He has been responsible for the financing or sale of more than $8 billion of real estate in his career, including over $4 billion of multifamily and residential development.
Tim Martorella is also the principal of Madison Capital Investors, a real estate and private equity investment firm, and is responsible for overseeing all of its activities. He currently manages a portfolio of real estate and private equity investments, consisting of wholly owned real estate assets, real estate partnership equity interests, real estate fund interests, operating company and private placement investments, and public securities.
Tim was previously a partner at Boston Financial, a $7 billion asset real estate investment firm acquired by Lend Lease RE Investments, and a Director within the firm’s Investment Banking Group. He managed Boston Financials’ New York City office and its Capital Strategies and Principal Investments divisions.
Prior to joining Boston Financial, Tim was a principal and founding partner of Alliance Realty Capital, a real estate investment banking firm that was acquired by Boston Financial in 1995. He previously served in various investment and investment banking positions with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Prudential Realty Group and Boston Properties.
Tim was an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia where he earned degrees in Economics and Computer Science. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with Distinction.
Tim actively supports a number of charitable organizations in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Carrfour Supportive Housing.

Robert serves as a Managing Director for Madison Capital Group. He has extensive experience structuring equity, mezzanine, and debt transactions for developers and operators of commercial real estate projects. His experience covers a wide array of transactions throughout the capital stack for a variety of clients spanning from development projects to fully stabilized properties. In his role, Robert works closely with the firm’s client base spearheading their overall capital raising needs.
Prior to Madison, Robert served as the Head of Capital Markets for Mattoni Group, a private equity real estate investment firm that specializes in investing equity and debt with experienced operating and development partners. Robert was responsible for all aspects of capital raising and investor relations as well as working with the firm’s clients throughout the entire investment process. Among his other achievements, he was instrumental in the creation of a joint-venture with a global institutional credit investor for the firm’s CRE, NPL & REO platforms.
Previously, Robert served as managing director at Lloyd Jones Capital, a private equity real estate firm specializing in value-add multifamily investments for institutional investors. His primary responsibility included the facilitation of institutional joint-venture equity for the firm’s real estate investments as well as implementing proprietary capital raising strategies.
Before that, Robert was a founding member and senior managing director for Cabrera Capital Markets, a Chicago-based boutique investment bank and broker-dealer. The Firm provides investment banking and full-service institutional brokerage services worldwide. He was central in developing the firm’s municipal bond business, fixed income and debt capital markets division as well as establishing the firm’s money management affiliate which created a joint-venture with a London-based hedge fund group that had over $20B in AUM.
Earlier in his career, Robert held financial positions with both Unilever Corporation and Cumberland Farms-Gulf Oil. He also served on the board of directors of Joyent, a cloud computing start-up, that successfully completed several rounds of financings and was sold in 2016.
Robert received both a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College. He also holds securities licenses 7, 24, 27, 63, and 65.
Roberto J. Perea is Managing Director, Capital Markets, based in Madison’s Miami headquarters, where he focuses on debt and equity capital advisory assignments across multifamily and other commercial real estate sectors in South Florida and throughout the Sunbelt.
Rob most recently operated his own boutique capital advisory firm, 710 Capital, and has over 23 years of experience in commercial lending and wealth management, having worked for large institutional banks like Wells Fargo & BankUnited as well as boutique banks like Gibraltar Private Bank & City National Bank of Florida. He advises domestic and international clients on real estate portfolio growth, debt and equity solutions and overall financial and developmental strategy.
Rob has extensive experience in sales and business development and a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships across all asset classes and industries. His work centers on clear analysis, practical solutions, and consistent results-driven strategies while remaining accessible and responsive to client needs. Rob is a graduate of Barry University and lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golf, basketball, and spending time with his family.

Gene DeRose is Chief Operating Officer and a Director at Madison Capital Group, where he manages all aspects of the company’s operations and oversees the communications and digital initiatives of the commercial real estate firm’s investment, advisory and merchant banking lines of business.
Gene has a 25+ year track record as a founder and c-level executive of prominent companies in technology, media and digital commerce, having raised hundreds of millions of dollars of venture capital, grown staff and operations, overseen m&a efforts, and successfully exited businesses via acquisition, merger or initial public offering.
Gene served for over a decade as ceo of technology research company Jupiter Communications, where he authored or edited seminal research studies defining the growth of digital advertising, commerce, news, and entertainment. As ceo and chairman, he grew Jupiter to a $100m company which he took public (NASD:JPTR) then sold to Media Metrix in a $414 million transaction.
Gene subsequently served for two years as president and chief operating officer of Jupiter as well as Media Metrix’s measurement businesses in advertising and digital media properties. Most recently, Gene was EVP of Global Business Development of Turbotic, a Swedish venture-backed based pioneer in A.I. powered enterprise automation. Before that, Gene was co-founder of Skymarker Labs, where he developed one of the first location social media apps. He is also co-founder (and currently vice chairman) of House Party, Inc., a social media / influencer marketing company he was for many years ceo of.
Gene has been an advisor to young entrepreneurs, a technology investor, and a director of several digital and non-profit ventures, including MOUSE (past chairman), which empowers inner city students through technology, and Opengate (longtime chairman), which provides housing and medical services for developmentally disabled adults.
DeRose has spoken widely and been featured on television, major news media and conferences around the world. DeRose is a University of Virgina graduate with a degree in English Literature.
RONALD MANN

Ronald Mann is the Managing Director of MCG Realty Advisors, overseeing Madison Capital Group’s Miami-based brokerage arm. With expertise spanning multiple asset classes, he focuses primarily on multifamily, land development, office and industrial properties across South Florida and the Southeast United States. His diverse client base includes real estate developers, owners, family offices, and institutional investors.
Ron also serves as Director at Madison Capital Group, where he focuses on the business development and client services aspects of the firm. Ron and his team work hand-in-hand with the firm’s diverse client base in order to facilitate optimal funding solutions for the acquisition or development of residential and commercial projects.
With deep ties to the South Florida financial and real estate sectors, Ron is actively involved in several finance-related organizations and is a supporter of leading membership groups for private equity firms, hedge funds, portfolio managers, and family offices. He is also a member of the 2024-2025 Miami Realtors Commercial Board of Governors.
Ron’s experience extends beyond real estate and covers the international media and technology sectors as well. He has overseen the publishing and conference operations of numerous magazines, newspapers and entertainment companies throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and communications from the University of Miami. Ron’s past board affiliations have included Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement, and the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Uri serves as a Managing Director for Madison Capital Group. In his role, Uri works closely with the firm’s client base spearheading their overall capital raising needs. Uri is an entrepreneur, and expert in credit, lending, and alternative asset management. With a proven track record in credit analysis, asset based lending, and operations in the financial industry, Uri has achieved notable accomplishments throughout his career. Uri has been instrumental in the origination and underwriting of over 1 billion dollars in commercial, consumer, and asset-based loans. He has also secured over $500 million in debt financing from banks and credit funds such as Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, and Capital One.
Uri started his financial career as a Financial Analyst at Estreich & Company, an established real estate merchant banking firm based in New York City. During his tenure, he conducted comprehensive research, market analysis, lease analysis, and financial evaluations, gaining valuable experience in understanding the intricacies of the real estate market, asset based lending, and credit.
Uri is the founder and Managing Partner of Mishpat Finance Ventures, an alternative asset manager focused on emerging markets. In this role, Uri has successfully raised capital and structured debt financing for the firm's operations. Additionally, Uri serves as a Board Member at New York Livery Leasing, a commercial leasing company that offers vehicle leasing solutions and insurance products to TLC and ride-hailing drivers in the greater New York Metropolitan area.
Uri's interest for finance and business began during his academic years. He graduated from Boston University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration, specializing in finance and marketing.
In addition to his achievements in the financial industry, Uri Szapiro is actively involved in community initiatives, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact. One of his notable community involvements is with the Alliance for Education, an organization dedicated to improving education and opportunities for students.
MONICA MARTIROSYAN

Monica Martirosyan serves as a Capital Markets Analyst at Madison Capital Group, supporting the firm’s debt and equity raising efforts on behalf of clients, as well as in important marketing and operational capacities. Monica assists in preparing and designing offering memoranda, as well as conducting market and financial research, and coordinating investor outreach. Monica also contributes to the firm’s corporate marketing and communications efforts, helping manage CRM systems, outreach initiatives, and company-focused content.
Monica also serves as Marketing Coordinator for Madison’s brokerage subsidiary, MCG Realty Advisors, where she supports the efforts of brokers, manages listings, and creates offering memoranda.
Before joining Madison Capital Group, Monica worked as a Financial Analyst at Cognaize, where she processed and validated complex financial statements and contributed to developing automated reporting workflows that improved analytical efficiency. She later joined KPMG as an Audit Assistant, collaborating with audit teams on data analysis and financial structuring. Prior to KPMG, Monica worked on partner visibility and market engagement at iGB Live London.
Monica obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the American University of Armenia.
Artur Karapetyan is a Capital Markets Analyst at Madison Capital Group. He is part of a team that supports the entire process of Madison’s debt and equity raising efforts on behalf of clients. This entails preparing offering memorandums, creating underwriting models, and market research in support of deals. Artur is also a part of Madison’s marketing team, supporting the company’s customer relationship management and communications.
Prior to his role at Madison, Artur was a business analyst at the “Shen Taniq” Construction Company in Armenia, where he led teams that analyzed customer-related data, helping clients to devise and implement new approaches to business communication and ethics for companies with significant multicultural diversity.
Artur has excelled in business competitions, including the CaseKey Business Case Competition, the “Fast-Start” Pre-qualification program, and Ernst&Young sessions connected to the future tax system. Artur also founded a startup called “Patn’Pat,” which went through the EPIC Incubation program in Armenia. His business won two startup competitions in Armenia.
Artur obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business from the American University of Armenia. Artur is currently studying to gain his Master of Science in Business Analytics at Cornell University.
MILLY DELGADO

Milly Delgado serves as the Director of Operations at Madison Capital Group, where she has played a vital supporting role in the firm’s growth since joining the team in 2012. With a professional background rooted in both legal administration and organizational leadership, Milly oversees a broad range of operational functions that help keep the firm running efficiently and client service at a high standard.
Her responsibilities span financial process support—including invoicing, vendor coordination, and expense tracking—as well as travel and logistics for meetings and company presence at industry events. Milly also manages daily office administration, from supplies and systems to onboarding, scheduling, and legal and regulatory filings.
Milly additionally contributes to the firm’s direct marketing and research initiatives, assisting with prospect outreach and CRM management, and supporting event planning and internal communications. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Management and brings over 12 years of legal and administrative experience to her role.
