  • Acted as advisor to the developer in arranging the acquisition of a 375-unit, luxury condo-hotel site. Madison also raised pre-development debt and equity for the project and made a principal investment.

  • Arranged a co-development venture for this 400+ unit condominium site in downtown Miami.
